The purpose of the Governance Networks Pilot is to test the levels of interest for supporting and participating a network, specifically for trustees and to address existing and emerging governance issues. The meetings will be offered to participants who come wearing their board member or trustee hat. A light lunch will beavailable and the event will be facilitated.

The intent is to make the meetings locally relevant and accessible with short journey times to accommodate the lunch time commitment.

This pilot project is supported and endorsed by the Evolving Leadership and Governance Forum, which includes members from SCVO, VDS, ACOSVO, Social Enterprise Academy, Scottish Government, OSCR, SHARE and independent consultancy.
