Action Learning helps you tackle real problems or issues in order to get things done; reflecting and learning with and from your experience and from each other.
Initially online, these sessions will start on 18th January 2023. This tried and trusted facilitated process is being offered to leaders of social enterprises in the Scottish Borders in monthly sessions of 1.5 hours.
