SBSEC is the lead for the Local Employability Pipeline, which is a third sector forum for employment and employability support.  Many of the members specialise in supporting those who face labour market barriers through one-to-one keyworker support and pipeline itself joins up mainstream provision and local services. This enables a cohesive and coherent approach to the job journey for supporting people into employment and identifying the support needs of employers to become Fair Work employers. We are currently compiling an A-Z of all members, showing the services they offer.
